'Live Availability'. Victoria cottage is immaculate and has been renovated throughout to offer very comfortable and well-equipped holiday accommodation.
The cottage is intended for four guests, but will sleep up to six as the lounge has a quality sofa-bed. A significant added benefit is the off-road parking front and rear.
The Lounge is large light and airy with walk-in bay window, sofa, two comfortable arm chairs. For entertainment there is a colour TV, a DVD and Video players, a Digital Radio and lots of books.

Victoria Cottage has a spacious fitted kitchen and dining area with multi-fuel stove. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a 5 burner gas hob, multi choice electric oven, integral dishwasher, fridge, and microwave oven. There is also a separate utility room with a toilet washbasin and washing machine.
Free internet access and unlimited logs included.
There are two bedrooms which are situated upstairs. The front bedroom has twin beds and the back bedroom a king size bed. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and ample draw space.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet.
There is beautiful enclosed cottage style garden with a lawned area with borders of shrubs and trees. The roomy patio area has a six seater table and chairs with umbrella, there is also an additional smaller seating area at the bottom of the garden.
There is a kettle BBQ with tools. The garden also houses the log store with unlimited logs, next to the log store is the beach store. The children will find a treasure trove of items to use on the beach or in the garden
Shops and Grocery stores in town are within walking distance selling local produce. Whether you decide to dine in or eat out Victoria Cottage is situated in the heart of Sheringham.
Sheringham's famous sand and shingle beaches hold the coveted blue flag award for safety and cleanliness. Centrally situated on the North Norfolk coast, Sheringham has all the local attractions, within easy reach.
