Here's just a few suggestions for things to see and do in the Chilterns:

There are some great Family Attractions such as Whipsnade ZooThe Warner Brother's Harry Potter Studio Tour, the Chiltern Open Air Museum, and the Natural History Museum at Tring

If cycling's your thing, the newly created Chilterns Cycleway is a great way of discovering all 324 square miles of the Chilterns or you could try some downhill madness at the Aston Hill Mountain Bike Club.

There are steam railways at Chinnor and Quainton, and model railways at Bekonscot.

How about at spot of bird watching at Tring Reservoirs or College Lake Nature Reserve.

A round of golf maybe or how about taking to the skies above at the London Gliding Club?

There's so much to see and do in the Chilterns.

GETTING TO THE CHILTERNS. Jump on a train from London, Oxford or Birmingham and you'll be in the heart of the Chilterns in no time at all. Overground to Henley, High Wycombe, Marlow, Tring, Berkhamsted or Dunstable or on the London Underground to Chorleywood, Amersham or Chesham. The M40 and M1 motorways traverse the Chilterns making it some of the most accessible countryside in the UK.
