The Rose and Crown Ivinghoe
The Rose and Crown is a delightful country pub with dining, in the pretty village of Ivinghoe, right on the border between Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Ivinghoe is just a couple of miles from Tring in Hertfordshire.
Established in 1690, the Rose and Crown is located in the beautiful Chilterns village of Ivinghoe. A Free House, The Rose and Crown is housed in beautiful old buildings complete with barn and coach yard (now the garden bar). Made cosy in the winter by open fires and in summer, the outdoor area is a sheltered sun-trap.
Our food is based on English and European classic village cuisine. These simple but delicious dishes have been enjoyed for centuries by people who really care about food. Once again, quality comes first and we strive to serve what we can get locally and fresh. The menu changes regularly with the seasons. The Rose and Crown has a 5 star food hygiene rating, the highest awarded under the Aylesbury Vale 'Scores on Doors' food safety scheme.
We are a family friendly pub and welcome well socialised dogs on leads in the Bar Area and Garden.
