This charming stone barn conversion has been renovated to provide the ultimate get away from it all break in the Derbyshire Dales. It is ideally placed to visit the Peak District.  We are also now offering a unique Shepherds Hut to provide an extra 2 sleep in addition to the barn to provide an 8 sleep option.  Please note the Shepherds Hut is priced separately.

Accommodation details
The accommodation comprises of ground floor:- Entrance hall, cloakroom/wc, spacious lounge, family dining kitchen, first floor two double bedrooms with King size beds both with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom, bathroom.

LOUNGE
Lounge The spacious living area overlooks the adjoining fields and garden area with direct access to patio and hot tub. The sitting area has a wood burning stove, a complimentary basket of logs are supplied and further baskets with kindling wood are supplied at cost, original oak beams, terracotta tiled floor with underfloor heating, quality entertainment equipment including widescreen television, DVD surround sound system, stereo/CD with ipod docking station and MP3 player connectivity which has the facility to play music through ceiling speakers throughout the barn, why not play your favourite music whilst enjoying a relaxing bath or shower. Welcome pack with information on places to eat, visit, shopping, walks etc., a selection of games, magazines, maps and books can be located in the lounge.

DINING KITCHEN
There is a large well equipped family dining kitchen having traditional painted joinery made cabinets with granite worktops, belfast sink, antique painted furniture, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, fridge, separate freezer, electric range cooker, microwave, LCD TV with freeview channels, door leading onto patio area with views overlooking open fields, side windows overlooking orchard which is home to the resident hens, free range eggs included in welcome pack. Tiled floor with underfloor heating.
