Turn your back on the hustle and bustle. Let the sounds of birdsong and the joys of wide-open skies welcome you to Manor House, a 300-year-old working farmhouse where home comforts abound.

A traditional family home set in a quiet corner of Norfolk's loveliest countryside, beckoning you to take life in slow motion as you enjoy the warmth of  hospitality and the breathtaking beauty of the rural surroundings.

This is Norfolk at its very best. The family has farmed here for three centuries, and now  take pride in welcoming guests to a private wing, where a peaceful stay is assured.

Each day starts with a hearty breakfast cooked in the farmhouse kitchen and served in  elegant surroundings.

You may choose simply to linger in the garden, strolling in the orchard or watching the ducks on the pond. If you enjoy walking, discover the Weaver's Way footpath which links Cromer on the North Norfolk coast and Great Yarmouth on the East coast - and runs through the farm.

This gentle trail takes you to the heart of the unique Broads landscape, dotted with numerous windmills and windpumps and some of the finest flint churches in Britain. If you love gardens, take a short drive to two of the jewels in Norfolk's horticultural crown - the exotic and coastal Old Vicarage Garden at East Ruston, acclaimed as a gem in a recent television programme, and the 130-acre Fairhaven Water Gardens, winner of the best Norfolk attraction award in 2005.

Or you may prefer to explore the local RSPB bird reserves, hire a dayboat on the Broads, or discover country lanes, pretty villages, historic churches, and miles of unspoiled beaches. Fishing and stabling are also available, and the fine city of Norwich is just 25 minutes' drive from the farm.

The  guest accommodation is designed and planned to meet the needs of the most discerning visitor. The private guest wing at Manor House has one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room, both elegantly furnished and exceptionally comfortable, and equipped with televisions, hairdryers and tea and coffee facilities.

The wing has a cosy sitting area and a spacious bathroom. For the comfort of all guests, the entire house is non-smoking. Trained dogs are welcome, as dogs are on the farm.

Any stay at Manor House is enchanting, relaxing and unforgettable.
