The Kings Arms Tring
The Kings Arms, a pub highly recommended by CAMRA and famed as the most colourfully outstanding pub in Tring.
Hidden away in the centre of Tring's 'Old Triangle' lies the The King's Arms Freehouse. Privately run since 1981 and rooted in the community, we offer the best choice of ales, ciders, lagers and spirits in the area; and are always happy to advise you if you need a bit of assistance in making your choices. We have built a reputation over nearly 30 years for real ales and genuinely home cooked meals, served in a traditional pub environment where there are no 'electronic distractions'.
Food: All of our food is prepared in house by our chefs using local ingredients and suppliers where possible. The food is mainly traditional, modern British with continental influences. We also have daily specials and on Sunday we have excellent roast lunches available. Food is available lunch-time and evenings everyday, except Sunday evening.
Beer and drinks: We're known for our beers; we have no brewery tie or pub company list of permitted beers. We can buy from anyone who approaches us, and this allows us to always have five draught ales and one traditional cider on the bar. And... the King's Arms has had a Good Beer Guide Listing for the past 31 years and is five times CAMRA Local Pub of the year since 2002.
