The Kings Arms is a recently refurbished hotel, pub and restaurant offering all modern amenities whilst maintaining the historical aspects of the building. The hotel has been used extensively in TV and film productions including Four Weddings and a Funeral, Miss Marple and the TV series Midsomer Murders.
There are 34 bedrooms, including three beautiful Suites within the old Tudor building, 2 of which offer the luxury of a four poster bed and an open plan bathroom with jacuzzi style bath and spacious body jet shower. Plus, there are Duplex, Deluxe and Executive rooms.
All bedrooms are en-suite and facilities include LCD digital televisions, wired Broadband Internet access in the bedrooms (and wi-fi in all other areas of the hotel), tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers and individual irons & ironing boards.
Restaurant and Pub. The dining room is situated in the old section of the building where you may take in the lovely rustic ambiance whilst enjoying a leisurely breakfast or an evening meal. Breakfast in the Restaurant offers both Continental and English cooked breakfasts, with a variety of choices. During the day the traditional 15th century bar is also open to provide an interesting range of bar lunches.
Weddings. From March 2014 the 17th century Chapel will be able to host both your wedding service and breakfast.
