The Boat House
Unique self catering accommodation by the side of a lake in Leeds near Maidstone.
The Boat House was built at around the turn of the 18th century and with the surrounding countryside, was part of the larger Leeds Castle estate. The beautiful yellow Kentish ragstone used to construct Leeds Castle was quarried from the site which was later flooded to form the lake. The Boat House is also constructed from the same yellow Kentish ragstone as are some other local properties.
The Boat House can accommodate 6 guests comprising one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the spacious lounge. Each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities with a shower / bath appointed to the main bedroom and a shower room appointed to the twin bedroom. There is also a separate toilet and shower room located on the ground floor for those guests using the sofa bed.Rates
