The Black Horse Inn is an attractive pub quietly situated in the Cotswold town of Shipston on Stour in Warwickshire, serving fresh home cooked food and offering comfortable bed and breakfast (b&b) accommodation in the Cotswolds, at reasonable rates.
Dating back to the 15th Century this beautiful olde worlde pub has a thatched roof, original beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace which is great to snuggle up to on those cold winter nights. We serve delicious home cooked food, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Outside there is a fully enclosed beer garden to enjoy the summer sunshine and The Black Horse welcomes dogs and their owners.
Staying at The Black Horse. There are en-suite twin rooms which are available for long or short stay. Prices are £60 per night (based on two sharing) and £40 per night (based on one person).
Prices include continental breakfast served in your room or cooked breakfast is available (on request when booking) for an additional £5pp.

Functions and celebrations. We can cater for all functions and celebrations whether it's a sit down meal or buffet your looking for, our separate dining room can be used to host your private party. Prices range from £12.95 - £25.95 per head (3 courses) for meals and £3.95 - £15.95 per head for buffets. The cost per head can be altered; just get in touch, let us know what you'd like for your function and we'll go from there. We only use locally grown & fresh produce for our restaurant and buffet menus.

Shipston on Stour is only a short drive from Shakespeares Stratford upon Avon and other famous attractions of the Cotswolds such as Warwick Castle. Many other well known towns and villages of the Cotswolds are also within easy reach but whatever your reason for visiting this lovely family run pub, the friendly team will give you a very warm welcome.
