Terms & Conditions for listing with a Let's Stay Group website
There are no minimum terms or contracts with any type of listing
At the time of writing, free listings are a permanent feature and not a special offer
Clients are not allowed to add html into the text area of listings or into any part of any listing type
Clients are able to upgrade to a higher level of listing at any time
Free telephone support is not offered for any type of listing
Limited, free, technical support can be offered by email and replies given within a maximum of 30 days
A 'hand-holding' service is offered at a one-off (single) cost of £30 per listing created or issue resolved
There are no discounts offered for multiple listings
For Silver, Gold and Premium listings, payment via Go Cardless (our payment service provider) is taken on the first day
the listing is created and monthly by direct debit thereafter
