Trust & Estate Practitioner
I provide a friendly, economic and personal service to assist you in:
•making a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney;
•administering the estate of a late friend or relative and obtaining a grant of probate or letters of administration;
•arranging your affairs so that you pay as little Inheritance Tax as possible; and
•setting up and managing asset protection and other Trusts.
I make my advice simple and easy to follow, and my documents are in a language that you can understand.
I believe it is essential that we have a face to face meeting, at your home or elsewhere so that I am able to fully understand your needs.
Following my early retirement after 28 years as a solicitor, I now practise as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), made up of a group of professional people all over the world who specialise in Wills, Probate, tax planning and Trusts.
I am a firm believer that we should all arrange our affairs to avoid stress and upset for ourselves and our families, in the event of us becoming unable to make decisions for ourselves or following our death. To achieve this everyone should at the very least make a Will and a Lasting Power of Attorney.
Please contact me if you think I can help you.
