This Grade II listed, stone granary building has been lovingly converted into 2 spacious, modern apartments by skilled craftsmen. There are beautiful views out towards St David's head on the coast and down to the Bishop's Palace and Cathedral nearby.
The Granary is now a beautiful, comfortable retreat with modern facilities including underfloor heating and free internet access. Available for holiday lets throughout the year.
THE GRANARY - sleeps 6
The largest apartment sleeps 6 people and is a spacious open-plan layout over two floors. There are beautiful views out towards St David's head on the coast and to the Bishop's Palace and cathedral nearby.
THE FORGE - sleeps 2 plus 2 little people
A ground floor apartment that used to house a blacksmith's forge. There is one large bedroom comfortably sleeping 2 people and has the option for another 2 'small' people on a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
A travel cot is available for either The Granary or The Forge.
Location
The Granary is conveniently located in the heart of St David's. There is off street parking for two cars. The main 'city' centre is 200 yards up Goat Street, and has a good selection of cafe's, restaurants, delicatessen, surf shop, pharmacy, supermarket and banks. Everything you might need on your doorstep!
It is hard to believe such central location is conveniently positioned for a great choice of beaches and coastal walks. The Granary will provide a great base for family holidays, gatherings, walking and activity breaks or just a lovely place to chill!
Tariff and Availability
The Granary and The Forge can be booked as follows:
7 night week arriving 4pm Friday departing 10am Friday
3 night weekend arriving 4pm Friday departing 10am Monday – deduct 25% from the tariff (winter off-peak only)
4 night midweek break arriving 4pm Monday departing 10am Friday –deduct 25% from the tariff (winter off-peak only)
Short Breaks available off peak from Sept 26 through to Easter. Up to 4 nights; deduct 25% from the tariff.
