Nolton Haven is a quiet hamlet that lies at the centre of the beautiful St.Brides Bay coastline with steep, undulating cliffs and sandy beaches, completely unspoilt but within easy reach of Haverfordwest, the 'county town' and many nearby coastal villages.

Originally built from local stone in the late 1800's, these quaint cottages retain much of their original character, with exposed beams, open vaulted ceilings and feature stonework. Once a milking parlour now converted to provide deceptively spacious holiday accommodation with a charming and traditional feel.

The cottages have an open plan design which is cosy, comfortable, well appointed and provides the benefits of modern day living.

Some have galleried bedrooms accessed by handcrafted feature staircases, with most lounge and bedroom windows enjoying wonderful sea views.

A truly stunning location enjoying some of the finest views along the Pembrokeshire Coast.

With extensive private lawned gardens occupying Nolton Haven's beachfront, our grounds provide something for everyone from somewhere to take your morning coffee, afternoon tea or perhaps a barbeque in the evening.

Within seconds of your arrival you could be strolling on the beach, walking the dog, exploring the rock pools or enjoying a refreshing drink at the local pub.

Ample parking for both cars and boats.

Bedrooms - Most cottages have a mixture of upstairs galleried bedrooms and ground floor twins.

Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available on request.

Bathrooms - All bathrooms are on the ground floor of each cottage and have shower, WC, Wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver lights.

Living/ dining/ kitchen - open plan fully fitted kitchens with electric cooker/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine

Dining - Welsh dresser and pine dining suite.

Living - Most with windows enjoying sea views 3 piece suites, colour TV.

Honeysuckle & Buttercup Cottages - Both sleep 5
Upstairs galleried bedroom with one double and one single bed. Downstairs twin bedroom.

These two cottages also have bay windows.

Primrose Cottage - Sleeps 5
Upstairs galleried bedroom with one double and one single bed. Downstairs twin bedroom.

Rose Cottage - Sleeps 6
Has two separate ground floor bedrooms. One with twin beds the other accommodating a double bed and a set of bunks.

Sycamore Lodge - sleeps 8
Originally an old stone granary first built in the late 1800's.It has since been converted into a spacious and comfortable home still retaining its charm and character. It sits proud in extensive lawned gardens.

The two tier front lawn overlooks the bay of nolton haven, which is approx 200yds away. To the rear of the lodge there is a secluded secret garden for those who enjoy peace and tranquility. The garden is enclosed by woodland and a meadow and is ideal for children and pets alike.

Walkers will delight in the costal path that can be accessed from a private entrance at the bottom of the garden.

Parking is ample.

There are four bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8 people. The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, it has a double bed, Built in wardrobe, And full en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom with double bed
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with single beds, Family bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower.
The forth bedroom has twin beds and is situated on the ground floor providing easy access for those who are less mobile.

All beds are equipped with pillows and duets, and linen is supplied.

The ground floor comprises of: Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, well appointed with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit. Leading off this is the cloakroom fitted with WC and wash basin.

The family lounge is located off the main hall and is comfortably furnished with a stone fireplace as the main feature, the attractive open beamed ceiling gives the room an olde worlde feel.

The Area
A quiet hamlet that lies at the centre of the beautiful St.Brides bay coastline, with steep undulating cliffs and sandy beaches, completely unspoilt but within easy reach of Haverfordwest, the "county town" and many nearby villages.

The whole coastline is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National park. An area of outstanding beauty with a wide variety of natural amenities available to the holidaymaker including the coast path (over 160 miles) that passes through the haven, an abundance of wildlife, sea birds, wild flowers and beaches safe for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing.

Within a short distance lie Newgale, well known for surf along three miles of golden sands, St Davids, the smallest cathedral in Great Britian; the coastal villages of little haven, broad haven and Solva with a particularly pretty natural harbour.

Interesting places to visit include the Preseli Hills, Cleddau Estuary, Woollen Mills, craft shops, potteries and a popular boat trip from Martins Haven to Skomer Island bird sanctuary. Visitors expecting the noise and crowns of the large resorts will be disappointed; the area relies upon its own natural beauty and appreciative holidaymakers return year after year.

Pembrokeshire Sports

Golf - Within Pembrokeshire there are 6 golf courses.

Fishing - Fishermen are well cared for, with fishing at Bosherston Ponds, Large Trout at the Llys -Yfran country park and many other venues, whilst the sea offers Bass and Flat fish (off the beaches) and Bass, Conga, Tope, Dogfish and Pollock (off the rocks).in the summer boat fishing is manly for Mackerel and Pollock, while in the winter, Cod ,Herring and Whiting are common.

Wind-surfing, Surfing, Water-skiing - Just to the south of Nolton Haven, Broad haven offers a windsurfing school while Newgale, famous for its surf offers surfboards, skis, surf canoes and wet suits for hire.

Swimming, Boating, Sunbathing, and Sailing - Nolton Haven has its own sandy beach with slipway, ideal for launching small boats and sailing dingys. Low tide provides an excellent opportunity to explore exposed rock pools.

Walking - The walking around Nolton Haven is first class, the Pembrokeshire coast path passes through. For those who prefer not to cook the village has its own pub/restaurant on the sea front.
