No 31, is an Award winning, pet free, Detached holiday home in the market town of Belper, set in a quiet cul de sac with open countryside to the back of the property. Sleeps 4, wifi, off road parking and private secluded garden.

No 31 is an all on one level Pet free 2 bedroom bungalow, so if you don't like stairs we're ideal, yes we're not your typical stone cottage but we offer you all the modern conveniences, unlimited Wi-Fi, a light, bright, warm, with gas central heating and well equipped airy rooms. Our house sits in a cul de sac in one of the quietest locations you'll ever stay in, you'll have a very peaceful nights sleep, situated within a World Heritage Buffer Zone in lovely Belper with stunning views over looking the town. We offer an ideal and perfect location in the heart of Derbyshire. Most of all we offer a very tranquil and relaxing holiday. 
WE LET BY THE WEEK - regrettably no short breaks are available. No Pets,  Non Smoking Property. 

The lounge has 2 comfortable leather sofas and is a lovely place to relax. There is a large 40" TV,  iPod charger/player and DVD player, video player, sorry but due to concierge licencing regulations we don't supply DVD'S but you're most welcome to bring your own, there are plenty of board games, jigsaws etc. The dining room is in the same room and has seating for 4 and over looks the garden. 

A visitor file is provided giving information on tourist attractions in the area. We also have a massive selection of tourist leaflets, books, games and a lots cycling, walking guides to the area in the bookcase next to the table.

A fully equipped kitchen containing an electric hob and electric double oven, radio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, flat bed microwave, toaster, cafetierrre and plenty of pans, cutlery and local Denby crockery as standard. A variety of extras including sugar, Coffee, fruit teas, herbal teas, hot chocolate, decaff coffee and decaff tea, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, soap, washing machine liquid and softener and dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll along with condiments, cling film, bin bags, foil and lots of other items are also included as standard. There is access straight into the back garden from the kitchen. There are also flasks available to take on your country walks.

Bedroom 1 – A spacious room has a king size bed with a memory foam topped mattress,  two wardrobes, a dresser and mirror, drawer storage providing ample storage space, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and a hairdryer, the room comes with views of Belper town. Please note both wardrobes are in this bedroom

Bedroom 2 – This bedroom comes with a double bed that has a memory foam topped mattress, a perfect second bedroom complete with drawer storage, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and a hairdryer, the room comes with views of Belper town.  Quality bed linens, Goose feather and down duvets (Hypoallergenic duvets available on request) and pillows are all provided.

We also provide you with the much forgotten about Hairdryer, we have 2 one in each room, just in case you forget or don't bring your own.  We take our cleanliness very seriously at No 31, Mattress and Pillow protectors are changed after each and every guests stay. 

A cot and High chair with lots bedding is available on request and is ready made up for your arrival. We also indulge your baby with some beautiful organic baby bath and shampoo.

There is one family bathroom and has a power shower this is situated over the bath. Plenty of Christy fluffy towels, The White Company toiletries or The English Soap Company are also provided, we don't supply shampoo as everyone has their own brand they like.

Along with lots of coffee, tea, milk and sugar, we also leave you a lovely selection of goodies to welcome you after your journey.

Walking poles, Ruck sacs, Thermos flasks, Picnic basket all for guests use.

Outside is a big private (not over looked by anyone) garden, It is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink as the sun goes down or even an al fresco dinner in summer on the patio, table and chairs provided on a sunny terrace. Barbecue facilities are provided, and unlike some cottages, private off road parking at the front of the house.
Don’t forget to bring your bikes - there is miles and miles of perfect cycling, with secure cycle and equipment storage and washing facilities.

Come and enjoy long summer days walking in Derbyshire and the Peak District. Here you can disconnect, de-stress, relax and recharge, with glorious walking straight from your front door.
Craggy climbs, gentle canal walks, quaint towns & villages, the grandeur of afternoon tea and cakes at a stately home, indulge in locally sourced foods in country pubs and restaurants all this & more.  

The historic town of Belper located in the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site, Strutts North Mill has UNESCO status, this beautiful town has lots to offer visitors, it sits on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District National Park.

Enjoy the stunning local scenery, visitor attractions, excellent eateries and pubs and enjoy endless things to do and places to go. The fantastic range of local restuarants and pubs will provide an endless choice of great food, it also has a fully restored Cinema.

Belper is becoming well known as a destination for foodies with regular Food and Real Ale Festivals in the town centre showcasing the towns and areas talented artisans also a gateway to a thirving Arts and crafts society with many a festival going on throughout the year, it also has and a monthly farmers market. 

Only a short drive to Crich Tramway Village Museum, Heage Working Windmill, Carsington Water, Chatsworth Estate, Matlock Bath, the world famous Denby Potteries and the scenic limestone dales of the southern Peak National Park, ideal for country loving persons, also very near to the High Peak & Tissington trails. Belper is only 20mins drive to Derby Town centre. You will never be bored with a visit here, so much to see and do.................No 31 is the perfect place to visit for a holiday.
