Maes Yr Haf
An introduction to Maes Yr Haf
A contemporary boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Gower Peninsular, Maes-Yr-Haf is a cool comfort zone offering luxurious rooms and a modern European menu, just a gentle stroll from the award-winning Three Cliffs Bay and centrally-placed for the other beaches of the South Gower Coast.
Opened in the summer of 2007, what was historically a B&B establishment and former shop, but used as a private house since the 1970’s, has been completely transformed to provide visitors with a sophisticated blend of natural materials & contemporary design.
Emphasis is on the use of the best-quality, fresh produce ranging from local meats, fish and vegetables to home-made bread and pasta. Almost everything we serve is made in our kitchen. Our dishes change seasonally with specials taking advantage of not-to-be-missed opportunities from our local suppliers of seafood, meats and game.
Our 5 guest rooms offer an eclectic mix of individual styles, with large baths, full Internet cable and Wi-Fi connection. With excellent service and in a peaceful location, Maes-Yr-Haf Restaurant with Rooms has everything you need for a perfect escape-to-the-country getaway.
Should you prefer self-catering cottage accommodation, we also offer cottages near the hotel starting from £250 per week. Further information can be obtained by emailing Maes-Yr-Haf
