Lyme Regis in Dorset is a historic resort lying on the south coast and is the most westerly town in Dorset. It is known as 'The Pearl of Dorset', possibly for its breathtaking natural scenery.

It's stunning coastline known as Jurassic coast has been granted World Heritage Site status, famous for it's geology and fossil finds.

Lyme Regis is awash with history, 'The Cobb' it's unique harbour was made famous by John Fowles in his novel ‘The French Lieutenant’s Woman’ and Thomas Hardy based many of his books in and around the area.
