Welcome to Lawrence Cottage, a charming two bedroomed self catering cottage in the beautiful village of Tideswell.
We are located right in the centre of the Peak District National Park in a great location for walking, cycling, climbing or simply relaxing in a quiet and charming village.

A large hallway with storage space leading into a very spacious kitchen / dining room.
Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave etc.
Through the kitchen / dining room is a cosy living room with a wood burning stove, two 2 seater sofas, TV and DVD player.
Stairs leading to a large landing with storage area leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds (although these can be joined together to form another double). There are plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
Bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and electric shaver point.
We will happily accept well behaved pets, please notify when booking.
There is an additional charge of £25 per stay.
Parking is on the road outside the cottage.
The cottage is strictly non-smoking
You can walk out of the front door of the cottage and within 2 minutes walk be on the limestone way or any number of other footpaths or bridleways exploring stunning scenery. Important nature reserves are within walking distance. Tideswell is centrally placed within the Peak District National Park. The Hope Valley is only 5 miles away to the north with other lovely villages (Castleton, Hope, Hathersage) and walking up on to Kinder, Mam Tor and Stanage. Bakewell is only 8 miles away to the south and Buxton is 8 miles.
