No. 49 is a detached bungalow situated on a purpose built holiday site located in the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park. Set in it’s own private valley, surrounded by gorse and farmland, Folkeston Hill provides the perfect setting for a low key beach Holiday. The property is situated only 5 minutes walk from Nolton Haven Beach.
The bungalow is laid out with an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge with dining table and comfortable seating for 4. Leading from the main room via a small hall are the two bedrooms and shower room.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in storage, chest of drawers, tall cupboard
Bedroom 2: Twin single beds, built in storage
Shower Room: Large shower (electric), toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail.
Facilities Washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, DVD / CD player, payphone, washing line, cooker and ceramic hob. Electric wall heaters.
Highchair and travel cot. Sheltered garden to side of Property. Bed linen provided. Small selection of childrens games.

Change over day is Saturday – please arrive after 3pm and vacate by 10am. Access to the bungalow is via a flight of a dozen shallow steps and is therefore not wheelchair friendly. Please bring your own towels and drying up cloths. Electric use is included in the price. The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are allowed - but not on the furniture please.
