CAXTERWAY COTTAGE - sleeps 10 -

This cottage is ideal for large families or groups looking to stay together in a stunning barn conversion set in beautiful countryside -what more could you want!  The barn layout consists of an entrance hall for muddy walking shoes and boots, an open plan ground floor with kitchen/diner and lounge furnished with a large kitchen table, comfy sofas and large flat screen.  There is a downstairs double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which is ideal for anyone who may have mobility issues.

Each of the 5 bedrooms at Caxterway have been designed for comfort with ensuite bathrooms for the doubles and a shared bathroom/shower for the two twin rooms.  Downstairs this barn conversion offers a high spec finish with the kitchen having a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric Range oven and hob and dishwasher.  The barn has the luxury of large, full height windows which flood the accommodation with light and provide wonderful views of the countryside.

These cottages are ideal for a couples cosy retreat, both decorated to a high standard and designed in a contemporary style all at ground floor level. The open plan kitchen/lounge areas are both well equipped with a high spec finish amd small breakfast bar, which include a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and dishwasher. Comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, for relaxing in after a long day’s walk or cycling. 

Each cottage has access to an enclosed seating area an ideal spot to enjoy a BBQ surrounded by beautiful countryside.

This flexible accommodation also benefits guests who may have mobility issues.

LUXURY CARAVAN PITCHES (separate)

The 11 super pitches have been built and designed to a high spec with each pitch being divided with landscaping and all pitches are hard standing. There is enough space to take a caravan, awning and car with some slightly lager to accommodate motorhomes. Dogs welcomed under strict supervision.
