The apartment, in Herne Bay, is situated on the second floor in a seafront building and offers luxurious modern contemporary decor with natural beech flooring, white walls throughout with slate flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

With a fully equipped kitchen you can choose to either venture out to one of the many local eateries or to cook your own supper with the catch of the day fresh from Whitstable Harbour Fish Market.
If you enjoy cycling then you're in for a treat as we are ideally located for the Viking Coastal Trail and when you're finished for the day we can even provide free lockable undercover storage (at your own risk) at the apartment. 

If you haven't room to bring your bicycles then we can also offer two adult bikes for hire - please enquire for details.
Inside the apartment, all the rooms have blackout blinds with linen curtains in the lounge and main bedroom.
There is both off street and plentiful free on street parking available.
The flat is Non Smoking and equipped with mains detector alarms. 
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
Kitchen area
The Kitchen area enjoys the morning sun and views over gardens.  It is open plan to the lounge and dining area.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with Smeg gas hob & electric oven, stainless steel extractor, white soft closing units and drawers with solid beech worktops and natural slate flooring. 

We have tried to think of everything you might need when away from home:

The Kitchen is a very sociable space and has a small breakfast bar with two stools so you can cook and chat at the same time.
There is a Fire Blanket located under the sink and fire extinguishers on each landing.

The Lounge
This is open plan to the dining area and kitchen and has a light airy modern feel with beech flooring and fresh white walls.
In the daytime the sun streams through the large patio doors which open onto a small private balcony with wonderful views of the sea with the Wind Farm, the Pier and the distant Isle of Sheppey.  In the evening you can watch the famous sunsets then settle down on the sofa or armchair to watch your favourite show on the 26 inch Sony flatscreen television with Freeview.
There is a Sony Playstation and a selection of games, and this can also play DVDs.
The lighting is provided by two floor lamps together with recessed dimmable downlighters.
Dining Area
There is a solid wooden table which extends to cater for up to six guests.

Bedroom 1
This is a large double bedroom with one super-king bed (which can be arranged as twin beds if requested at time of booking) which faces west and enjoys views over the sea.

Bedroom 2
This is a small cosy bedroom with adult sized bunk beds enjoying the morning sun.

1 Sofa Bed
All linen and bedding is provided free of charge together with a hand towel and bath sheet for each guest.  We do not supply bedding for the travel cot.

Your bathroom is the place to relax after a day on the beach, on the water or some serious shopping!  A modern white bathroom suite complete with a soft closing loo seat!
Unwind in the full sized bath or take an invigorating shower before wrapping yourself in fluffy waffled white towels, warmed on the heated towel radiator.
Plenty of storage with a mirrored wall cupboard and a large airing cupboard.
