Crealy Adventure Theme Park
An introduction to Crealy Adventure Theme Park
Cornwall’s Crealy Adventure Park at St Issey is yet another of Cornwall’s fantastic family attractions. For your admission fee you will experience magic and myths, wild rides and exciting adventures, and as with a lot of Cornwall attractions Crealy merges fun with education for both young and old.
Crealy is open 10am - 5pm every weekend through the winter season and daily from 19th - 27th February for February Half Term.
Travel to Cornwall’s Crealy along the Atlantic Highway, the A39, and follow the sign’s between Newquay and Wadebridge.
So what does Crealy offer, well for the little ones, The Children's Village, tiny shops, houses, school and a church. What’s more there are no grown ups allowed in the Children’s Village! Then there is the Agility Trail and Junior Driving School. Children have the use of miniature cars and motorbikes at the Junior Driving School, and they can have a try at the agility trail. If you can tear the kids away from the driving, move on to the Fun Fort. There is climbing, running and exploring the Fun Fort. There is so much more as well. Like the Giant Twister Slide and Triple Tubes, Roundabout Play Pumps, Pony Express, Safari Train and Sheer Drop Slides.
Then for the older children are the Theme Park Rides. New for 2011 is the Dizzy Dina ride! Can you take the thrill of a 50 foot drop on The Beast. In any theme park in the world, everyone wants to go on a log flume, and it’s no different here at Crealy. Thunder Falls Log Flume is described as exciting, wet and a mega-soaking. If you like water rides, then after a soaking on the log flume, what about the Raging Rivers Raft Slide. If you want to get on the water without getting wet then you can have just as much Fun on the Water Walkerz. A giant inflatable ball that tests your balance and technique.
When you need a break from all the fun then Crealy has a number of Cafe’s and snack bars to refuel. There are cooked meals, sandwiches, burgers and so much choice within the park.
Please remember not all the rides are available in the winter months so please check the Crealy website for more information.
