The Blank Canvas Project

The Blank Canvas Project will take place on Falmouth Moor on Sunday 27 May 2012 as a live art event where members of the public will have the opportunity to witness the creation of these works unfold.

Six groups of between three and four randomly chosen artists will be required to work with one another over a six hour period to create a final piece. The six canvases will be exhibited in the Driftwood Gallery in Falmouth for two weeks prior to being sold at auction, the proceeds of which will be split between each contributing artist and donated to a charity of their choice.

Come down to Falmouth Moor to see these experimental pieces of art being created right in front of your eyes and contribute your artistic skills to a collaborative audience canvas.

Finn Gold Cup & Open Nationals
Falmouth


A two week regatta includes the Finn British Open Championships and ther Finn Gold Cup. The Finn Gold Cup is the annual World Championship of the Finn class, with a fleet of up to 100 boats from as many as 50 nations. The regatta will see some of the sailors competing to win a place to represent their country at the Olympic Games.

English National Surfing Championships 2012
