Situated in North Norfolk, all three cottages are ideal for exploring the coast, whilst enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside. All have privately enclosed gardens and ample parking.

We have three country, tourist board recommended, self-catering holiday cottages that are perfect for short breaks, weekly lets and in the case of Saddlery and Hillside Cottages, out of season Winter lets.

We are happy to take dogs.

Situated in North Norfolk, all three are within easy reach of the coast and feature ample parking space; Laneway, in particular, is ideal for birdwatchers. As a bonus, all three cottages have good local pubs that serve good food and ales

All three of our cottages have bedrooms on the ground floor, but Saddlery and Laneway Cottages are particularly ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs as they have ground floor bathrooms.

All of the cottages have fenced gardens for privacy, and the facilities are extensive. All three feature a high level of furnishing - even dishwashers! Naturally, all have central heating and woodburners. Some logs provided

Laneway Cottage, Chapel Lane, Wiveton, Holt, Norfolk.

Laneway Cottage is a very popular, four star rated, peaceful cottage with a south facing garden and terrace in the small village of Wiveton, one mile from Cley and one and a half miles from Blakeney. 
There is easy access to the coast - 5 to 10 minutes walk, and Blakeney Point; Laneway Cottage is excellent for birdwatchers. Laneway is five miles from the market town of Holt and an easy walk to the Wiveton Bell (good Food).
The Cottage is all on one level, well equipped, with a fitted kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, Aga (in Winter), microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
There is a large sitting room with comfortable chairs, an open fire, colour television, DVD and video. French doors open onto the south facing walled and fenced garden which has a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Sleeping arrangements comprise of one very large double bedroom (6ft bed) and one twin bedroom with fitted carpets and cupboards.
Laneway has a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a utility room with sink, washing machine and drier. There is oil central heating throughout and electricity and heating oil are charged by meter reading. Logs are provided.
There is a parking area and the cottage has a pay telephone.
Bed linen is charged extra - or you can just bring your own.

 Saddlery Cottage, Colkirk Hall Farm, Fakenham, Norfolk

A conversion of the old Saddlery on the edge of a working arable farm and a short distance from the main farmhouse, 16th Century Colkirk Hall.

Saddlery Cottage is on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by farmland and beautiful countryside. It has its own private driveway with ample parking, a large garage and fenced garden with patio area, barbecue and garden furniture. It is a short walk from the local “Crown” which serves good bar meals and local ales.

There is also an excellent  lottery-funded play area in the village.

DOWNSTAIRS: Large light and spacious sitting room with comfortable chairs and sofas,  TV, DVD.
Woodburner.
Large kitchen/dining room with fitted units, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Small utility room with automatic washing machine.
Twin ensuite bedroom with bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower cubicle.
Adjoining the sitting room is one single room leading to the twin bedroom

UPSTAIRS: One double and bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet
All bedrooms are fully carpeted and have fitted cupboards and pine beds.
The cottage is heated by calor gas central heating throughout. Logs are provided.
There is a telephone (incoming calls only): electricity and gas are included in the Summer season, but charged by meter reading in the Winter.
Bed linen is charged extra - or you can just bring your own.

 Hillside Cottage, Colkirk, Fakenham, Norfolk

Situated in Hall Lane, Colkirk, 2 miles from the market town of Fakenham, where there is a Thursday Market.
10 miles from the attractive North Norfolk Coast.  
This flint and brick cottage is situated in a quiet position overlooking farmland on the outskirts of the village and a short walk from the local "Crown" pub, which serves good bar meals and local ales. It has its own private driveway, ample parking and fenced garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.
There is also an excellent  lottery-funded play area in the village.

DOWNSTAIRS: Entrance hall into a large fully fitted kitchen-dining room, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sitting room with comfortable chairs, multi purpose woodburner, colour television, DVD and video.
