Bron y Bryn is a lovely 6 bed country lodge with magnificent sea and mountain views. Overlooking the north Wales seaside resort of Prestatyn, Bron y Bryn offers superb accommodation for up to 12 people.
Bron y Bryn Country Lodge is situated in a designated area of outstanding beauty on the North Wales Coast. overlooking the seaside resort of Prestatyn. Only one mile from the sea.
This Prestatyn cottage has two very large spacious lounges which offer a wonderful ambience for that special family get together. The main lounge seating 12/14 with digital TV CD and views over the sea and fields.
The two lounges and two conservatories overlook the vast Vale of Clwyd and Snowdon Range.In the distance the beautiful Irish Sea glistens in the splendour of the evening sunsets which at times can take your breath away. There is a ramp access giving easy acces for persons with mobility difficulties.
A very warm and comfortable country house with all 6 bedrooms on the ground floor all are en suite and a very high standard of decor. (There is a facility for an EXTRA BEDROOM no 7 please discuss charge and availability with the owner - or the 3 bed annexe making sleeping for 18).
The conservatory lounge being a 40ft semicircle also offers a spectacular view of the Snowdon Mountains and the Irish sea stretching out on clear days to the Isle of Anglesey in the far distance.This lounge has a full size pool table and a football game table.This has seating for 18, having seats all the way around the bay and 2 three seater settees.
The garden is on a slope and does not have a grass area but the patio has ample space with seating for 16 people. However the lovely sandy blue flag beach of Prestatyn and Ffrith are very close by.
A lovely well equipped country house (and annexe sleeping an extra six persons if required at extra cost) with all rooms accessible for assisted disabled guests throughout both properties.
This cottage is in a very peaceful and quiet rural location but close to all amenities, shops, post office, banks, squash and fitness centres and golf clubs facilities. The property is situated in a beautiful rural hamlet of just a few properties and has magnificent views of the beaches, Snowdonia's mountains and The Clwydian Hills.
The lovely little village of Dyserth is only a short distance with it magical waterfall that you can climb up to the top of the falls. Have a cream tea in the little cake shop or visit the local pub. The old village church of St Mary Magdelene at Gwaenysgor is mentioned in the Doomsday Book ,There is also a quaint villge duckpond where the children can feed the ducks and swans. The wonderful scenic waterfall and tea shoppe at Dyserth and many other fascinating places are but a stones throw away from your base.Several golf courses are nearby. Plenty of eating venues provide transport to the cottage.
