Picturesque cottage sleeps up to 5, 3 golden sandy beaches nearby, in lovely North Devon village of Croyde.
The cottage is set in 10 private acres of land with laid out gardens, woods and fields. It also has a small stream trickling by and a hillside that gives good views of the surrounding countryside and coast. Guest are welcome to relax and explore all areas of Bracken View including the gardens, fields and woods.
Located at Croyde in North Devon this picturesque self-catering cottage is situated in a valley surrounded by countryside, 1 mile from Croyde beach on the North Devon Coast.
The self-catering cottage is located at Bracken View, a family home in the heart of the country with 10 acers of private land to explore, including two small woods, fields and a stream. This picturesque cottage sleeps up to 5 and is ideal for a family all year round. A superb cottage full of character and charm with all the comforts of home.
A cosy lounge with TV and video/DVD player plus a flame effect electric fire in case of a chilly evening. Children's DVDs, colouring books and family board games are also provided in the lounge for guest use.
The large dining room has a family table and chairs with two winged arm chairs by the large tradional inglenook fireplace. Enjoy a break in the Spring, Autumn or Winter with a lovely fire to warm. A coal fired central heating and hot water system.
Kitchen & Utility Room:
To the left of the inglenook fireplace is the kitchen small but well equipped with an electric cooker and micro wave. To the right of the fireplace gives access to the back door and a small utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Going up stairs from the landing leads to a double bedded room and a large second bedroom with three full size single beds.
The bathroom has a standard bath, hand basin and toilet.
