Just a 2 minute walk from the beach this traditional log cabin is situated in the secluded grounds of Emmanuel House in the picturesque village of Horton overlooking Port Eynon Bay and is ideal for surfers and walkers alike.

 

Bethan Bwthyn (- Bwthyn is Welsh for Cabin)

The traditional log cabin is situated in the secluded grounds of Emmanuel House in the picturesque village of Horton overlooking Port Eynon Bay. The owners live on site. The Cabin is a twin unit and can be rented as one unit sleeping 6 or two units sleeping up to 12. There are two huge lawns and we are just a few minutes walk from a safe, sandy beach surrounded by spectacular coastal cliffs.

The cabin is made from solid pine timbers. Fully insulated and double glazed with its own water supply, electricity and central heating. There are two bedrooms with twin beds in each and a sofa bed in the lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and shower room.

With sofa bed and chairs, TV, DVD and radio cassette player. Sofa makes a comfortable double bed. French windows leading onto veranda with garden furniture for eating outside, weather permitting.

Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining table and chairs

Booking Conditions

Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.
A deposit of £100 per week of the total holiday price is payable on booking. The balance is due twenty eight days prior to commencement of holiday. Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing. You are liable for the balance of the rental in full, however, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation.
Accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure.The accommodation is let from Friday to Friday.
All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
The basic cost of electricity and oil is included in the price, however, excessive use will incur an additional charge.
Bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left clean and tidy. Guests are fully responsible for the property and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or contents. Guests should report any damage or breakages and these are to be paid for.
Cars, boat, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at the owner’s risk.
The number in the party must not exceed the number stipulated when booking. The hirer shall not part with possessions of the property or share it, except with the members of the party. The owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without a refund for a breach of these conditions.
The property owners shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Cabin or in the grounds, if you do smoke, we can smell it and YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. No refund will be made. If there are smokers in your party, please book elsewhere.
