Bennett House was built in 1922 along with the house next door by a local family who have owned the house until 2002. It has changed little in appearance since 1922 and still retains its early character. The house has gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout, providing a very comfortable, cosy holiday home, ideal for any time of year. Rear gate provides access to Victoria Street a short cut to the beach and town through one of the oldest parts of Sheringham.
The heating, plumbing and drainage systems are covered by British gas Home Care scheme ensuring a prompt response should you have a problem.
