The accommodation is actually two components, The Stables
and The Tack Room
which combined offer four bedrooms
and three bathrooms
but allow one couple to enjoy more privacy with their own self contained facilities. Access between the two properties is about 15 paces along the path. The large open plan living space in The Stables is perfect for large families or groups with large sofas and dining facilities making it suitable for general entertaining. It's central, yet quiet, location also make it a great spot for visiting the wealth of Stratford's attractions.ACCOMMODATION

is a completely self contained property, with it's own fully equipped kitchen, plus living room with TV, DVD etc. Upstairs there is a bedroom suite

The Stables has an enclosed, south facing courtyard with table and chairs. The Tack Room also has small outdoor space, but this is not connected with The Stables.

is one of England's most famous market towns known mainly for its history and association with William Shakespeare
. His birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage,
is literally 300 yards away from The Stables. Eqaully within walking distance are almost all of Stratford's main attractions, with The National Theatre
a comfortable walk away.
As you would expect there are a host of attractions or 'things to do' in the area including The National Herb Centre at Warmington, National Trust 'Packwood House' plus Ragley Hall, Warwick Castle and Stoneleigh Abbey to name a few within 30 mins drive.
Of course Stratford sits at the top of the Cotswolds, with many of the northern Cotswolds finest village and town locations nearby - these include Broadway, Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold. All are within a reasonable drive.
