A lovely countryside property located in the hamlet of Little Gaddesden in the heart of Ashridge Forest, bordering three counties, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire along the ridge of the Chiltern Hills.
The studio is arranged over part of the ground floor of a substantial property that was built in 2001 by the present occupiers. The property is approached through electric security gates, and residents of the studio will enjoy their own private parking area, terrace and independent access. We are sorry but the studio is not suitable for pets and is non-smoking.
Accommodation: The studio is luxuriously appointed with careful attention to detail and is ideally suited for up to 4 people. The accommodation is open plan with a fantastic feature kitchenette and wood flooring throughout. Bedroom area: comfortable King-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe.
Sitting room area: Bar table with stools, 3-seater sofa (sofa bed), coffee table, wall mounted 38” flat screen TV with free view and DVD player.
Kitchenette: Convection microwave and grill, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, tableware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, sink.
Shower room: Large shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin and WC. Under floor heating throughout.

Berkhamsted, Tring and the surrounding area:
Berkhamsted and Tring both have a great choice of pubs and restaurants, including the The Kings Arms in Berkhamsted and The Akeman in Tring. Our local, The Bridgewater Arms pub and restuarant is only a few hundred yards from the front door of the apartment and a short drive away in the hamlet of Frithsden is the multi award winning pub and restaurant The Alford Arms, adjacent to Frithsden Vineyard.
If you fancy watching a film the beautiful Art Deco Rex Cinema in Berkhamsted offers a real cinematic experience and The Court Theatre in Tring has an excellent and varied programme of shows. If golf's your game there are several top class courses nearby including Berkhamsted Golf Club and Ashridge Golf Club, an Open qualifying course.
The London Midland service operates from Berkhamsted and Tring stations towards London and Northampton (direct to Euston) making it a perfect base for both business and pleasure near Herts, Beds and Bucks. Little Gaddesden lies three miles north of Berkhamsted with a population of less than 1000 and is just a few minutes’ walk from Ashridge management college, The Bridgewater Arms and Ashridge Golf Club.
