Hope Farm House Barn offers luxury, self catering accommodation (sleeping 2 guests in a double bedroom with ensuite wetroom) in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District very close to the village of Alstonefield (good food pub) near Dovedale and Ashbourne. It is not to be confused with Hope near Castleton which is towards the north of the Peak District.

This is an exceptionally lovely and tranquil spot, and this barn is the only holiday let at this site.
The ground floor has a comfortable sitting room with a log stove; a separate dining room; a kitchen; and a cosy double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. All is beautifully furnished with country and antique furniture.
Upstairs, reached by external stone steps, is a recreation room with a three-quarter size snooker table, piano and library.
Round the barn are the sheltered stone yards, complete with mossy old feeding troughs, where the pigs once rootled about.
