Four bedroomed bungalow in Sevenoaks available for bed and breakfast or self catering.

This is our guest bungalow, recently built to a high standard in a garden setting to the rear of our own house. Robyns Way is in a quiet, residential, neighbourhood and the bungalow is in particularly peaceful surroundings, well away from the road. Access is via of a short driveway, with plenty of parking, and the bungalow is suitable for wheelchairs. Guests have use of all facilities including the lounge, TV, kitchen and washing machine, and self-catering is available.

Nearby are the Bradbourne parks and lakes. Sevenoaks railway station, with frequent fast (35 minute) trains to London, is around 1/3rd mile away and the M25 motorway, at Junction 5, is a little over one mile distant.

Rooms & Rates
We have four rooms available:

· Double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom
· Twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom
· Two single-bedded rooms

The Single-bedded rooms share the use of a bathroom, exclusively. The property has full gas-fired central heating. Guests have the use of a lounge with colour television and video. The facilities of a modern kitchen, including such items as microwave and freezer, are also available by arrangement, along with a washing machine.

Our rates for 2010, which include continental breakfast, are as follows:
Double en suite: £65-£75 per night
Twin en suite: £65-£75 per night
Single room: £35-£45 per night
Full English breakfast is also available and costs an additional £5 per person.
We accept payment in Euro as well as Sterling, in notes and coin or by cheque, at the rate of exchange applicable at the time. We regret, however, that we do not take credit or debit cards.
