Y Bwthyn is a semi detached, 17th century, stone built cottage on a working farm within the Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area, utility/drying room and a sitting room with Inglenook fireplace and open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a front yard with sitting area, furniture and BBQ. Y Bwthyn is a perfect holiday home for walkers and those that which to experience the delights of Harlech and the surrounding area.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Front yard with sitting area with furniture, BBQ and wonderful mountain views. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurant 3 miles. Shell Island beach 5 miles. Note: This prop is on a working sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside cottage.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need to make it a home from home. The owner was very welcoming and a lovely host. There was nothing about this property that we didn't like.

,Beautiful location - particularly good to visit at this time of year with a field full of lambs next to the cottage! Lovely friendly owner who was happy to help, and let us explore their land with our dog. Very well equipped kitchen - including a barbecue and washer/dryer for us to use, complete with detergent etc.
