Y Berth is an 18th Century, stone built farmhouse located on the outskirts of the small village of Llanfaethlu, 10 miles from Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey. With two family rooms and one kingsize double bedroom as well as two family bathrooms, it can sleep up to ten people in comfort. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, a sitting room with flame-effect electric fire and a second sitting room with open fire & sofa bed. Outside the cottage is a lawned garden with patio, garden furniture & BBQ, and off road parking for four cars. Situated on the north coast of the island. Y Berth is a wonderful cottage for exploring all of Anglesey and North Wales.

Bed linen & towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot, highchair & stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars plus boat. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture & BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs to be controlled at all times due to open farmland. Note: The property is approached via a farm track and may therefore be unsuitable for vehicles with particularly low ground clearance.

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
We were welcomed most warmly by the owners, yet our privacy was given for the holiday. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the cows gently mooing in the field and to sit and have breakfast and look at the wonderful views. Peace, quiet and relaxation. WONDERFUL.
