Willow Barn is a stone built, semi-detached barn conversion cottage in the centre of the fishing village of Flookburgh, just two miles from Cartmel. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one single room with a pull out bed which makes it suitable for up to six people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Ideal for exploring the coast, yet just a short drive to the centre of the Lake District National Park, Willow Barn is a fabulous cottage no matter what you desire from your holiday.

Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, good additional roadside parking nearby (50 metres). Small front & rear gardens with garden furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Pub & shops 5 mins walk. Note: This cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 adults.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A Beautiful place - very luxurious and comfortable, beautifully appointed and tastefully finished with all mod cons. Cartmel was a lovely local place to eat out.
