Set over three floors, the accommodation in this Victorian townhouse offers a delightful mix of comfort and style. There are two dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy sitting room. The master bedroom has a super king-size double and an en-suite, with a twin room on the same floor, and then a single room and a double on the top floor. The amenities of the town are on the doorstep, and a ten minute walk takes you to the lake. So much to see and do in this lovely area, and a superb cottage to return to at the end of the day.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The cottage was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Had the weather been poor we would have been very cosy and had the facilities to entertain ourselves. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. We absolutely love the Lake District.

,Westies is well positioned in a quiet road yet within easy walk of the shops. The drying room is very useful for walkers. Warm and well equipped house and thoughtful 'welcome' pack on arrival.

,This was the best equipped holiday letting that we have ever been to. We wanted for nothing. The house was immaculately clean and very homely. The location was fantastic, only a five minute walk into town meant we hardly moved the cars all week. The surrounding area is, of course, beautiful and the amenities in Keswick were all we needed. A fantastic time was had by all including the dogs! Thank you so much!
