Victoria House is an end terrace cottage in the centre of the popular seaside town of Rhosneigr on the west coast of Anglesey and is just a three minute walk from the beach. With one double bedroom and two singles and a family bathroom, this cottage is ideally suited to a family of four. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is an enclosed rear yard with a sitting area and the local shops and pubs are just a few minutes' walk away. Being so close to the beach and the local amenities, Victoria House is the ideal holiday cottage for the family who don't want to spend their holiday in the car looking for things to do.

Roadside parking for one car on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed rear yard with sitting area. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 6 mins walk, beach 3 mins walk. Note: This property has steep internal stairs which may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Note: The front door of this property opens directly onto the pavement of the High Street.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Nearness to beach; near basic shops, good restaurant, & chippy; friendly people; opportunity to speak Welsh & enjoy aspects of a Welsh-speaking society. Compact island - lots of good places to visit, varied attractions. Used buses & trains now and then to escape driving - handy having a station with just enough room to park.
