Ty Mawr, 1 Tal Poncau is a modern, semi detached holiday cottage in the village of Dwyran near to Newborough, that has been built with comfort in mind. All on the ground floor, this cottage can sleep up to six people and has two double bedrooms (one king size), one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Making up the open plan living area is a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is an enclosed lawn and patio area with furniture plus a shared lawn with a BBQ and shared off road parking. Just four miles from the beach and able to accept two dogs, Ty Mawr, 1 Tal Poncau is a lovely holiday cottage on the Isle of Anglesey which is suitable for all the family.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair by prior arrangement.Shared off road parking area. Enclosed lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ plus shared lawn. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Beach 4 miles.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

Location, amenities, very well equipped cottage - provided everything you could wish for. Definitely felt home from home. Very welcoming, clear instructions on finding the property. The fob provided by the owners gave us free access to Newborough Forest and Beach which was well worth having and was used daily (in fact more often than not twice a day at least!). Really missing this now we are back home! Although we didn't meet the owners, we were contacted to ensure everything was okay and given a number in case we had any difficulties - this was reassuring.

,Liked where the bungalow was situated, the fact that it was equipped like a home from home and that the owner called to make sure we had arrived safe and sound, and had everything we required. There were plenty of places to go with the dogs on really long walks, on the beach and the Newborough forest was so near.
