Turpin is a luxurious semi detached cottage in a development of four properties in a fabulous barn conversion. With a king size double bed and a sofa bed in the sitting room, this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom and a fitted kitchen as well as a woodburning stove in the sitting room, whilst outsdie the cottage is a patio, shared children's play area and shared use of the owner's grounds.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The holiday was excellent. Our stay at Turpin was faultless. Very clean, very comfortable and the owner made us feel very welcome - especially with regards to our 4 month old daughter. We were also given a lovely welcome pack. We will return without fail. Recommend to all.

,Everything was wonderful again. Turpin Cottage is perfect for us and the owner is always so welcoming. The only even remotely bad thing about giving a good review is that the cottage may not be available for us in the future!!
