Tuksumduin is a lovely detached cottage next to the owner's home just outside the Derbyshire spa town of Buxton. The cottage has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room on a mezzanine floor and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining table and a sitting room with a conservatory. Outside the cottage is a shared outdoor lawned garden with sitting area, furniture and a summer house as well as off road parking for one car. Being located near to the town centre and just a short drive from the heart of the Peak District National Park, Tuksumduin is a fabulous holiday cottage for a quiet romantic holiday for two.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Shared outdoor lawned garden with sitting area, furniture and summer house. Off road parking for one car. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
