4 Star Gold holiday accommodation for up to 4 people with double and twin rooms, both en-suite. Top Eccles Eco Barn has been renovated to include innovative environmental design principles, whilst offering spacious simplicity and comfort and yet revealing the character of its 300 years.

Accommodation
The spacious entrance hall with oak stairs to the landings and bedrooms and access to the kitchen and lounge.

Kitchen - well equipped hand made pine kitchen with Belfast sink, halogen hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. All appliances have been chosen for their energy efficiency.

Lounge and Dining Room - warm and inviting and centred on the wood pellet stove. The dining area will seat six comfortably. There are stunning views from the lounge to the Goyt Valley beyond. The outdoor terrace and ornamental kitchen garden can be accessed directly from the lounge and provides more expansive views across the valley.
TV with DVD, wind up radio, DAB radio/CD and an ever increasing collection of books, magazines, games and DVD’s. The work of local artists will often be on display. If you have small children a cot, high chair, fireguard/room divider and play pen are available.

Bedrooms - accessed via a split level galleried landing at the top of the stairs. Both bedrooms are en-suite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The rooms are spacious, light and airy with high ceilings and exposed beams and stonework. The double room has a king size bed. The twin has two single beds which can be made up as a double on request.
