The Woodland Lodge is a stone built cottage, situated on the outskirts of the village of Burton-in-Lonsdale, close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This cottage sleeps three people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single room, as well as a family bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, as well as a sun room. To the outside of this cottage, there is a parking area and a large shared garden and grounds with river access, woodland area, garden furniture and BBQ. The Woodland Lodge is an ideal holiday cottage for exploring the area.

Electric oven with two ring solid hob, BBQ grill, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD player, music centre etc. Shared use of utility room with freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair. Parking area. Large shared garden/grounds with river access (NB: Deep in places - toddlers beware!) and woodland area, garden furniture and BBQ. Storage for bikes. One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We loved the quiet location, spacious accommodation, large garden especially if you had a four legged friend to exercise! Good location to walk to local pub. No light pollution. Also a good area for many walks and close to the lower Lake District - an easy reach for a day out. All in all good value. It was actually nice to meet the owner of this property - she was a real diamond.
