This lovely stone-built mid terrace cottage is located on a working livestock farm in the rural hamlet of Milton. Situated just two miles from Brampton, this cottage is a careful renovation of one of the old farm buildings. Retaining original beams and exposed stonework, this welcoming property features a cosy lounge with adjacent summer room, a small modern kitchen, and a pretty main bedroom, making this an ideal romantic retreat. Guests can also enjoy the decked balcony, with its fabulous countryside views.

One well behaved pet welcome at £10 per week. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a railway line approx 250 metres from the cottage, some noise is audible when trains pass.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A friendly welcome from the owners. Peaceful setting. Brampton is an interesting town with good attractions nearby eg: Hadrians Wall, Lanercost Priory, Talkin Tarn Country Park, Geltsdale RSPB Reserve and good walking in the North Pennines.

,I enjoyed the cottage. It was lovely, great for just 2 people. Cosy and warm in the cold winter nights. The owner was really nice. Not far from the local town and nice local pubs for food and drink. Nice places to go and visit if you are interested in outdoors/walking.

,The cottage and the views from it were really lovely and the garden was very nicely kept. We could have not asked for a better location or surroundings.
