A superb water front apartment which is a substantial space easily sleeping 9 people with the ability to accommodate up to 14 people over four rooms (to include the living/dining area). The apartment is very spacious and is the penthouse to the owners’ main house, in a stunning riverside location on the Thames, with its own integral boat house and island! 

The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms (one walk-through), and an exceedingly spacious lounge/diner with direct river frontage.  There is also a kitchen and bathroom with an additional shower room/toilet available for guest use upon request. The bedrooms can be configured in several different ways to accommodate multiple families or groups. Guests are also welcome to use the owners’ dinghy to get to the private island, a few yards from the bottom of the garden. You're welcome to swim to it as well!

River House offers perfect accommodation for those visiting Berkshire, South Bucks or South Oxfordshire, being convenient for Henley, Marlow and Maidenhead & Eton Dorney (The Olympic rowing venue).  Ideally located for the many regattas held on the Thames in the summer months including the world famous Royal Regatta at Henley on Thames - rowing crews are more than welcome at River House.

The rolling countryside of the nearby Chiltern Hills offers fantastic walking country, dotted with wonderful country pubs and quality restaurants. 

There is direct access to Henley by train from the local station which is only 5 minutes walk away. From the same station you can also get to the centre of London in under an hour. However, it is a little local train line with only four stops which pootles backwards and forwards between Henley and Twyford, where it connects to mainline stations for easy access on to London Paddington, Reading, Maidenhead, and the Eton Dorney Olympic venue.

Windsor Castle and Legoland are less than 30 minutes drive away. Other top local attractions include Beale Park, Odds Farm, Henley’s River & Rowing Museum, the Chiltern Hills and Marlow.

Prices start from £1050 per week low season and £1300 during peak season.

High Season: £1300 per week for 9 people sharing, £30 per additional person.

Minimum 7 nights during peak season; minimum 4 nights off-peak.

Please NOTE: The apartment is at its' most comfortable with 7 guests.  Although 9 is also very comfortable it does mean utilising beds in the living area which are permanently set up as the room is so spacious.

There is plenty of parking on sight and enough room to accommodate boat trailers - please inquire at point of booking.
