With lovely arched windows on the first floor, this property retains a lot of character from its former life as a church. Outside there is an enclosed garden – ideal for relaxing in the evening with a cool drink or as a secluded sun-bathing spot. The property is well served by amenities in Newquay, whilst closer to home Rejerrah provides a country pub and the neighbouring village of Cubert supplies a small shop.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. It was ideally located for all areas of Cornwall and the owner sent excellent instructions as to location, parking and so on before our stay. Lots of lovely pub restaurants are within easy reach and there are great walks near the cottage too. If we go back to Cornwall we will certainly go back to this cottage.
