,Because the weather was not kind to us the fact that The Old Vicarage was so great we did not mind spending more time than we would have normally spent indoors. Kendal is an ideal base for travelling around the Lake District.
We would definitely recommend The Old Vicarage to friends and family and of course Sykes Cottages, this is the second time we have used them and I'm sure it won't be the last.

,The Old Vicarage was excellent in every aspect and way above our expectations. It was a pleasure to stay there and also to meet the owners, who were most kind and helpful.
