Tariff:

Prices range from £800 to £1800.
 
No discount for the New Year Peak break.
 
Low: Friday 9th September to Friday 14th October and Friday 4th November to 16th December. Prices are: £800 for a 4 day midweek break, £830 for a 3 day weekend break, £950 per week.
 
Economy: June to July 15th....Friday 2nd to 9th Sept and Friday 28th October to 4th November. Prices are: £900 for a 4 day mid week break , £940 for a 3day weekend break, £1260 per week.
 
High: Friday 22nd July to Friday 26th August and Friday 21st October to Friday 28th October. Prices are:  £1080 for a 4day mid week break, £1195 for a 3 day weekend break, £1620 per week.
 
Peak: Friday 30th December 2011 to Tuesday 3rd Jan 2012. Price for 5 day break £1800.

Four spacious bedrooms:

Upstairs we have...One with king size bed and single bed, washbasin and shower.  Views over Garden and  countryside beyond. One with double bed and  washbasin, 2 seater settee and garden views.One with double bed and single  bed and garden views. Downstairs there is one double bedroom with wash  basin and shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the 'Keepers Lounge' which can be private as we have 2 lounge's.

All with shaver points.

Separate master bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Two comfortable lounges, one with a sofa bed, both with 42" TV, freeview, BTvision & Sky Sports 1.  Both have Blu-Ray DVD player and CD player, and both rooms have open fires.
