The Accommodation
The open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washer dryer. The comfortable sitting area has Sky Plus LCD T.V.,DVD player, Video player and a music centre. Broadband internet is available for wireless connection.
The separate bedroom has a King-sized double bed and a french window which opens out onto one of the patios.
The bathroom has a low level suite, sink and bath with mixer shower over, and shower curtain.
There is full central heating throughout.
The two patios take in the sun, and barbeque facilities are available.
There is ample parking next to the Lily Pad in the private driveway of the main house.
All linen is provided except beach towels.
Well-behaved adult dogs are welcome.

Around the area
Located half a mile from Mundesley and its long sandy beaches the town has a library, four pubs, fish/chips, also a very good Chinese take-away and restaurant, four tea shop/cafes, a post office, Spar grocers, greengrocer, butcher, chemist and many other shops. It also has a doctors' surgery.
If you are a golfer there are four very local golf clubs: Mundesley has an excellent golf course only half a mile away - you can see it from your patio - and Royal Cromer golf course is 8 miles away. Sheringham is 15 miles away, and West Runton is 12 miles away. So, spoilt for choice.
For anglers, there are lots of local carp lakes and ponds – and of course the Norfolk Broads are 20 minutes away. Also, for sea anglers, there is a pier in Cromer,
The lovely city of Norwich is a forty minute drive away and there is regular public transport to the city.
There are many Quiet Lanes for walking or bike riding. The Lane outside the gate is a gentle walk or ride to the Trunch Crown ! The area has lots of opportunities for Autumn and Winter walks with or without a dog.
The coastal marshes around Blakeney, Wells and Holkham, are about 40 minutes' drive away.
