The accommodation is situated on the upper floor and has its original beamed ceilings and fabulous views across the eight-acre estate. The apartment is well equipped and offers a peaceful haven for a family holiday. There are three light and spacious bedrooms, two doubles, one with king size bed, and a twin room, making the sleeping arrangements very versatile. The kitchen is compact and has everything the holiday maker could need, with the added advantage of a shared laundry room in the building. The sitting room is a relaxing space with a dining area and a log effect electric fire. There is a secluded and peaceful private area for guests to sit and enjoy this unique property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Beautiful surroundings with lots of space for children to play. The cream tea and home made bread was a nice touch. The owners were very helpful.

,The welcome given by the family was superb, the home made bread and cream tea on arrival was the best. The Sykes photographs of the property did not in my opinion do justice to it. Having your own private access to Exmoor was just so cool, and the remote location of the venue was ideal.

,Beautiful, very quiet setting. Great base for walking and touring West Somerset. Superb garden for playing and relaxing. Many local pubs serve good.
