The Bothy is a stone built cottage, close to the village of Staveley, five miles from Windermere in the Lake District National Park. This cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with 2ft 6’ beds, as well as a ground floor family shower room. The cottage also has a living area with a kitchen, a sitting and a dining area with a woodburner and French windows that lead to a garden. Also, there is ample off road
parking. The Bothy is a lovely cottage, perfect for families that want to explore the Lake District.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, video etc. Oil for heating inc. in rent, domestic electricity charged at cost from meter reading, initial supply of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Shared use of laundry room, with washer and dryer - charge of £1 per load. Cot on request. Ample off road parking. Garden area with garden furniture and superb views. Well behaved pet welcome at £15. Shops and pubs 1.5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
