Sycamore Cottage is a stone built, end of terrace cottage within the small farming community of Lunds, six miles from the town of Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This 'upside down' cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a first floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a first floor sitting room with dining area and a small kitchen. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Sycamore Cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat away and for those who wish to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

Full oil central heating and additional heating from coal effect gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer (in utility room), colour TV (satellite), video, music centre etc. Use of owner’s freezer. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed sheltered garden area with garden furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking for 2 cars. One well behaved pet under strict control welcome, £10 charge. Sorry no smoking. Shops 6 miles, pubs 1 mile. Please note: Sycamore Cottage has its own private water supply.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Great location for easy access to fabulous breathtaking scenery, fabulous walks nearby, great train link for the one day it rained. Lovely welcome including jar of the best homemade marmalade I ever tasted, the freshest eggs and other little extras to make us feel at home.
